WEEKLY OFFICER REPORTS
If you are unfamiliar with weekly reports, please CLICK HERE to see an explanation and example. To summarize, each officer has Key Performance Indicators (KPI) that need to be completed in order to achieve their particularly officer goal (see the officer workflow spreadsheet if you don’t know what your goals are). Every Friday afternoon, the chapter President will review each officer’s status with the advisors and discuss any challenges that (s)he sees on your report. Nobody else will see the report so we encourage all officers to “speak” candidly. The reports are merely an extension of the workflow spreadsheet as they provide more insight into the status levels of each project. This alleviates the need to ask each officer about their weekly contributions or question if a deadline is going to be missed. As a future successful executive, you will likely receive similar reports from your managers and used advanced software to track the status of each department.
